Noa Hedrich has been enrolled on the Brain Track of the interdisciplinary Master’s programme Mind and Brain at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin since October 2017. Alongside her studies, she works as a student assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development. Within the research area »Adaptive Rationality«, she works on collective intelligence. Prior to this, she gained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Durham University in the United Kingdom.

As a holder of the »Deutschlandstipendium«, Noa Hedrich is studying perception in social contexts. She is interested in the subjective perception of social information and how this influences behaviour. Which signals are interpreted by whom and how? And where does this communication break down?
