Eva-Maria Raffetseder is currently pursuing her Master’s in Media Studies at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, with her core focus being media theories and the influence of the media on »work« and process management systems in particular. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Knowledge Media from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in Hagenberg in 2011 and then went on to gain practical experience in website design and programming. Eva-Maria Raffetseder supported Cluster Professor Prof. Dr. Patricia Ribault in her work on the history and theory of design.
