Daniel Paschen is the recipient of a scholarship for work on the project »Analogue Storage Media«. His main interest is the production of music records through laser cutting. Having studied media business administration, he is now enrolled in the B.A. programme Cultural Theory and History and Media Studies at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. His studies focus on music records, e.g. the meaning of records for the formation of music genres or records as musical instruments.
